About Me
I lead the work that makes buildings secure, connected and ready to occupy.
For more than two decades I have delivered access control, video surveillance, structured cabling and audiovisual systems for enterprise clients, owning scope, schedule and closeout from kickoff to turnover.
When a high-profile security project needed pathways my crew did not have, I worked with the GC's project manager and superintendent to resolve it, and we roughed in on schedule. When a 15-floor college building had no permanent network for its security system, I coordinated a temporary one with the GC, the electrical contractor and the college's IT department, and brought every floor online early.
My method is simple. Find the dependency before it becomes a delay, put the plan in writing, and keep every trade moving. I run every project customer first: clear communication, tight controls, no surprises at turnover.

Project Manager delivering physical security, audiovisual and IT infrastructure projects for commercial and enterprise clients across the New York metro area. Own scope, schedule, procurement, field coordination, change control and commissioning through turnover.
Direct high-profile electronic security and life-safety projects for enterprise and institutional clients including The United Nations, where I had the pleasure of project managing four floors of card access and cameras. Serve as Lead Project Manager for corporate-wide video security uplift initiatives with strict timeline and compliance requirements. Oversee the full project lifecycle including budgeting, procurement coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, client reporting, and executive-level communication. Manage deployment and integration of enterprise-grade camera servers, NVR infrastructure, IP-based video systems, and card access control platforms. Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and pre-construction planning in coordination with major construction firms including Turner Construction and Clune Construction. Certified in LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec Security Center Omnicast, and Genetec Security Center Synergis, with OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and New York SST compliance.
